	If you are looking through our biographies, this is the most important one to spend time with. Our senior team have over 60 years experience from our collective careers but when you add the core of the team at TO'B you really start to benefit from our diverse experiences.

Team TO'B is made up of designers, event producers, artwork heroes, animators, writers, illustrators, account handlers, film and video producers, set builders and technical crew... we also include our financial stars in book keeping
and accountancy.

We are delighted that Phil Dale has joined TO'B as our Chairman. When we created the business we wanted someone who would ask us the difficult questions, keep us working to a goal and beat us with a big stick (metaphorically of course).

Not only does Phil perform these great feats of danger but he is a superb business coach, recruiter and expert on the practicalities of organisational change
and development.
